Easy Lunch - Oven baked English muffin sandwiches

I always forget about this quick and yummy sandwich option.  I had some ham and leftover cheese and some English muffins.

So I made Oven baked English muffin sandwiches.

Put ham (or bacon or whatever meat you have on hand) onto an English muffin and add cheese - Swiss works well and melts well too.  Put sandwiches on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Lunch!  Serve with some carrots and raisins or whatever you like.
